Features onboard the M2 include adaptive LED headlights, adaptive M suspension,19-inch wheels at the front and 20-inch at the rear, a low-slung rear diffuser, carbon-fibre roof, an augmented reality (AR) heads-up display, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, connected car tech, powered front seats with memory & heating functions, cruise control, wireless charging, four drive modes (Efficient, Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus), and paddle shifters.
Safety Features
On the safety front, the BMW M2 gets multiple airbags attentiveness assist, parking and reverse assist, a 360-degree camera, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and Cornering Brake Control (CBC).
Engine and Transmission
The new-gen BMW M2 features a 3.0-litre straight-six engine that produces 460hp and 550Nm and propels the rear wheels of the car via either a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission.
